The GreenComp4Hosts project produces two distinct sets of Recommendations designed to facilitate the green transition in the European tourism sector – targeted at Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers and aimed at tourism professionals.
These documents are developed by synthesising lessons learned from the project’s national training workshops and the subsequent mentoring scheme provided to tourism professionals
Pedagogical Framework
The framework serves as the pedagogical blueprint for the subsequent project phases, defining the learning objectives and modular outline for the GreenComp4Hosts MOOC and the national face-to-face workshops
Toolkit of Best Practices and Case Studies
The toolkit brings together a selection of best practices and case studies collected by project partners across different European countries. Each example illustrates how sustainability can be embedded into the daily operations of tourism and hospitality businesses, training programmes, and local initiatives.
